Controlled Access

MHA Private Portal

A protected environment for authorized publications, library resources, messages, reports, products and client workspaces. Access is granted according to role, purpose and duration.

Security boundary: No protected MHA content is stored on this public page. Authentication and authorization must be connected to a secure server-side identity service before private materials are activated.
Continuing Access

Registered / Internal Users

For approved MHA personnel and other continuing authorized users. Accounts remain available while the user's role and authorization remain valid.

  • Individual named account
  • Approval or invitation before private access is enabled
  • Role-based permissions rather than unrestricted library access
  • Access reviewed when responsibilities change
Request / Confirm Internal Access
Temporary Access

Client / Guest Users

For clients, consultants, partners, reviewers and other external users who need controlled access to specific resources for a defined purpose.

  • Access granted on demand by MHA
  • Limited to specified folders, products or assignments
  • Defined download/view permissions where needed
  • Automatic or administrative expiry at the end of the authorized period

Private Information Architecture

What the protected portal is designed to contain

Library

Controlled reference materials, technical resources and internal knowledge collections.

Publications

Restricted or pre-release publications and technical products not cleared for public distribution.

Client Workspaces

Assignment-specific reports, drafts, evidence packs and approved deliverables.

Messages

Portal notices, controlled communications and assignment-related exchanges.

Reports & Products

Feasibility studies, proposals, analytical outputs, templates and other authorized products.

My Account

User profile, access scope, expiry information and permission status.

Access principle: Registration alone never creates permission to private content. MHA approval determines who may enter, what each user may see, and for how long.
